Strengthening with HR and Sales
We are now strengthening our organization in HR and sales with two fantastic new team members: Annika Dellås and Fredrik Eriksson. With these two recruitments, we are reinforcing our capacity to support international expansion in a sustainable and strategically long-term way.
Annika Dellås brings extensive experience in combining people management with business focus. In several previous roles, she has helped companies and organizations develop their operations by putting the right people, processes, and direction in place. Her approach is characterized by a process-oriented and consultative methodology, where pragmatic solutions, clear strategies, and a strong results focus are key. She is known for challenging the status quo, driving improvement, and creating engagement through clear communication. She leads with a clear direction and is skilled at creating the right conditions for both teams and individuals to succeed.
“We are pleased to welcome Annika Dellås as interim HR Manager. With a solid background as a management consultant, interim HR director, and certified board member, she brings both strategic insight and operational precision to our organization,” says Jens Sjödahl, CEO of MedicSolution.
Fredrik Eriksson will focus on sales in Sweden. His role will be to build strong relationships with hospitals and regional health authorities, monitor changes in the healthcare property landscape, and be involved early when renovations or new construction projects are being discussed. Fredrik has extensive experience in relationship-driven sales and management, particularly in the golf industry, where he has served as club manager and CEO of Bråviken Golf Club. He has also worked as a development consultant within The Human Element.
“The fact that Fredrik doesn’t come from a life science or medtech background is, in my view, an advantage. He brings a fresh perspective and can challenge us – and the industry – with new ways of thinking. His expertise lies in building relationships, and that’s exactly what we’re bringing him in for,” says Jens Sjödahl.
