We take responsibility for ensuring that personal data processed by us is used only for its intended purpose and is protected against unauthorized access. All processing of personal data at MedicSolution Nordic is carried out in accordance with the applicable personal data legislation (EU) 2016/279, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We process your personal data in connection with inquiries, orders and the performance of the services offered by us, and in connection with the use of this website and MedicSolution Nordic’s other digital channels and other channels.
What is personal data and what is the processing of personal data?
Personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by means of their name, personal identity number, location data, an IP address or one or more factors that are specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Categories of personal data we collect
The personal information you provide is data that you actively provide to us by filling in various types of forms or that is provided to us in other ways, directly from you or via relevant third parties, such as external partners, recruiters or insurance companies. When you order services from MedicSolution Nordic, search for vacancies or submit unsolicited job applications, we may ask you to fill in forms in which you provide us with your personal data.
On our website, we collect data about how visitors use the website, in terms of the visitors’ IP addresses, and information about their browser settings and about how their operating system uses the pages. This information is processed on a balancing of interests basis and is used to further develop the website’s functionality and content.
When you contact us via customer service functions, for example in connection with placing an order or making an inquiry, your contact details and case information is processed by us.
Personal data is only processed by us for as long as this is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing or comply with MedicSolution Nordic’s legal obligations.

The purpose of the processing of personal data
The personal data about you collected in connection with your use of our services or in connection with inquiries, orders and applications is processed by MedicSolution Nordic, or our data processing subcontractors, for the following purposes.
- Customer administration purposes:
1. To enable us to provide services and products that you or your agent have ordered from us and to administer our contract with you;
2. To enable us to communicate with you regarding contact via customer service, email forms and the telephone;
3. To process your payments or prevent or detect fraud;
- 4. Recruitment: to be able to administer applications for advertised posts and unsolicited applications
Legal basis and legitimate interests for the processing of personal data
MedicSolution Nordic always processes your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation. We process your personal data when this is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to respond to a request from you for customer service, and if we have an employment relationship with you. If we process your personal data for any purpose that requires your consent under applicable law, we will obtain your consent in advance.
Restrictions on the disclosure of personal data
MedicSolution Nordic may engage external partners and suppliers to perform tasks on its behalf, e.g. to provide IT services and payment solutions, or to deliver products. The performance of these services may involve MedicSolution Nordics partners, within or outside the EU/EEA, being given access to your personal data. Companies that process personal data on behalf of MedicSolution Nordic always sign an agreement with us to ensure there is a high level of protection for your personal data, including at our partners.
MedicSolution Nordic may disclose personal data to third parties, such as the police or other authorities, if it concerns the investigation of a crime or if we are otherwise obliged to disclose such information by law or the decision of an authority. MedicSolution Nordic does not disclose your personal data to any other extent than that described above.
How do we protect your personal data?
MedicSolution Nordic takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against, for example, loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We continually adapt our security measures to keep up with ongoing technological developments.
Right to information and right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time (free of charge once a year). You also have the right to request that your personal data is deleted or supplemented, and that the processing of your personal data is limited to certain purposes, and that, for example, your personal data is not used for direct marketing. However, we cannot delete your data if there is a legal requirement to store it, such as accounting rules.
If your personal data changes, please inform MedicSolution Nordic about this by sending us a message. We are not responsible for any problems that arise as a result of personal data being out of date or inaccurate if you have failed to inform us about the relevant changes.
Your request must be made in writing, signed by you and include your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. We need this to ensure that we provide the data to the right person.
